Manitex International Incorporated recently introduced their biggest collaborative display among all four of their manufacturing divisions, Manitex Liftking, Manitex, Inc., Badger Equipment Co., and Manitex Load King, based in North America, at the 2011 ConExpo.
The company display was focused on three mounted crane trucks which illustrated the capability and flexibility of their flagship platform of 50 ton trucks. The first truck was the 50155S model. This truck has a powered boom of 155 ft and is the only truck which provides a working height of 209 ft with a single jib piece and that too with a free operation permit.
The other main truck on display was the 50110SHL. This truck had a powered boom of 110 ft. this truck was also available with a heavy lift option which was available in all the boom lengths of the 50 ton truck platform. Apart from providing carrying and picking capability, this truck also provides a heavy duty lift option which has a capacity of 360 degrees which can favorably be paired with the 60 ton platform crane trucks available in the market.
The third truck which was debuted by Manitex, belongs to the 50 ton truck platform. This model named 50128S has a powered boom of 128 ft. This provides the truck an intermediate length of boom which is quite in demand in the construction market. All of the 50 ton trucks by Manitex have been configured with radio ROCSolid outrigger controls, an optional auxiliary winch as well as ACCUSwing controls.
Manitex also introduced their newest entry in the sign crane segment. The SC-130 Sign Crane truck is provided with a working height of 130 ft, a lifting capacity of 2 tons and a permanent man basket which rotates. This machine can be controlled with the help of a remote radio. It provides a desirable working height by cost ratio.
Manitex Liftking focused their display on their line up of trailer mounted, telescopic and straight mast forklifts for rough terrain for use in military as well as commercial applications. Badger Equipment Co. introduced their new model cab down RT crane, CD4430, a 30 ton crane truck. Meanwhile, Manitex Load King, introduced their custom engineered high quality trailers as well as hauling systems, like the Gooseneck Hydraulic Folding Trailer.
